No question about it.  Whoever is responsible for instituting the leap day should be held accountable for it. And that means one of those Roman Caesars. I guess it was that Julius guy. Impeach the bastard! Or George W. Bush in his stead. He deserves it in his own right, anyway. Together with his pal Dick...  So yes, it's because of that leap day that everyone born on this day receives what sounds more like condolences and not true genuine happy birthday wishes.  Oh, yeah, and sometimes they are told how special they are, like in this article. Special? Yeah, it must feel special in a perverted sort of way to die of natural causes after one's twentieth birthday. I don't know too many people born on the leap day, or more precisely, I know only one such a person, although not personally. I know him from his work in the field of parapsychology where he is quite an authority. I guess one has to be born on an odd day like that to take this kind of stuff more seriously than most folks are inclined to. His name is Dean Radin.
