More cool science

As a scientist by training, I believe that popularizing science is one of my duties. Science can be cool. Science can be interesting. And indeed, the newest kid on the block, a popular bimonthly science magazine launched about two years ago proves just that. With its subtitle: Science is Culture, SEED is targeting the readership that might be discouraged by the more technical science magazines such as Scientific American or New Scientist. It is a very hip magazine as you can see from its website. Its graphic design is more artistic and thus more appealing to a broader audience than its competitors'. I was lucky enough to get a free one year subscription to it from the source mentioned in another section of this site. I suggest that you try the same route. It is certainly worth the effort of filing a small online application.
